A coaching space shaped by real leadership experience
My coaching is grounded in lived experience of school leadership. Over the years, I’ve worked in senior leadership roles across primary education, supporting school improvement, staff development, safeguarding, behaviour and culture.
I understand the realities of leadership in education:
- the pressure of making difficult decisions
- the emotional weight leaders often carry
- the challenge of balancing people, priorities and pace
- the need to stay thoughtful and values-led under pressure
That experience shapes the way I coach.

Too many education leaders are carrying huge responsibility while feeling isolated, overwhelmed or under constant pressure to hold everything together.
